吕越是教授、设计师、艺术家、策展人。中央美术学院时装设计创建人，学科带头人。中国美术家协会会员，中国美术家协会服装艺委会成员。时装艺术国际同盟主席。中国纺织工程学会时装艺术委员会主任，中国服装设计师协会学术委员会专家委员，中国流行色协会理事。时装艺术国际展策展人。

她在时装设计和艺术创作上均有造诣。曾获得过多个奖项，多次出任国际时装比赛的评委，多次受邀与相关机构合作。她的艺术作品和时装设计作品在多个展览以及活动中展出，展出地点包括：西班牙（2018），丹麦（2018），意大利（2019），泰国（2009），韩国（2019，2018，2016，2014，2012，2011，2010，2009），土耳其（2007），法国（2019，2004、1999），日本（2018，2000、1994），美国（2019，2018，2016，2000），香港（2011，2010，1998），挪威（1990）中国等。作品被多家机构和个人收藏。

作品一：《云之光-谷雨》" Cloud light - Grain Rain"

作品二：《云之光 -小满》" Cloud light – Grain Full"

作品《云之光-谷雨》、《云之光 - 小满》是一组2件作品分别来自艺术家金小尧的手绘作品和NFT作品，结合时装艺术家吕越擅长的服装结构设计，利用数码印花技术实现有色彩和图案的面料，经过裁剪缝制工艺完成可穿的时装艺术作品。不同类型的艺术家取长补短，尝试探讨绘画作品结合不同技术扩宽艺术的延展性。

A group of two works of the work " Cloud light - Grain Rain" and " Cloud light – Grain Full" are respectively from the hand-painted works of artist Jin Xiaoyao and NFT works. Combined with the clothing structure design that fashion artist LV Yue is good at, the wearable fashion art works are completed by cutting and sewing through the use of digital printing technology to realize the fabrics with colors and patterns. Different types of artists learn from each other and try to explore the extensibility of painting works combined with different technologies.

作品三：《互化》Mutualization

作品由吕越的代表作《化》演化而来，增添了中国工艺美术大师、苏绣传承人邹英姿的苏绣内容。

整个作品由平面作品和三件“衣服”组成。“衣服”是没有裁剪缝制的布片，经过缠绕和绣花绷子的卡夹完成衣服的样貌，借此体现“惜物”理念。

作品表现的是世界的变化、事物的变化、自然的变化、宇宙的变化不仅永无停止之时，并且有互相转化的特质。

The work evolved from one of Lyu Yue’s representative works “Transformation” and added some contents of Suzhou embroidery by collaborating with Zou Yingzi, the Chinese arts and crafts master and inheritor of Suzhou embroidery. 

The whole work is composed of graphic works and three pieces of “clothes”. “Clothes” is the cloth piece that is not cut or sewn, through winding and embroider frame clip completes the appearance of the clothes, which reflects the concept of “cherishing thing”. 

The work shows that the change of the world, the change of things, the change of nature and the change of the universe not only never stop, but also has the characteristics of mutualization.

作品《新女红》以鲜红的视觉基调让东方情境跃然而出，以丝绸、漳缎、蜀锦、宋锦、土家锦，以及苏绣等精巧工艺塑造紧身胸衣，凸显女性的柔美与坚强。人体形制的造型及独特的裁剪线型，呈现出多元的女性形象。

借用女红的“红”（gong）字的另一个读音红（hong ）作为作品的视觉基调。

在展览中，辅以百朵玫瑰，在相得益彰的碰撞中，服装伴随鲜花盛开凋零的流逝过程，也见证了记忆与现实在这手艺与身体中形成的中和,同时也强调中国传统纺织文化的博大精深。

缂丝提供者范玉明为缂丝非物质文化遗产传承人。

The work "New Needlework (Nv Gong)" brings out the oriental scene with bright red visual tone. It uses silk, Zhangzhou velvet satin, Shu brocade, Song brocade, Tujia brocade and Su embroidery to shape the corsets, highlighting the feminine beauty and strength. The shape of the human body and the unique cutting line present a diverse female image.

The work uses the other pronunciation of the Chinese character "红" in “Nv Gong (needlework)”, which sounds “Hong” with the meaning “red” as its visual tone.

During the exhibition, supplementing by hundreds of roses, the clothing is accompanied by the process of blooming and withering of the flowers in a collision that complements each other, witnessing the fusion of memory and reality in this handcraft and human body, and meanwhile highlighting the extensive and profound Chinese traditional textile culture.
