本科毕业与巴黎ESMOD时装学院，研究生毕业于香港理工大学，2010年创办诗茹服装设计工作室与”EN FORME”时装品牌，品牌以“不迎合，不追随，衣着只为取悦自己”的理念受到独立女性的喜爱。2012年获得“广东十佳服装设计师”“年度最佳时装设计奖”等称号。同时也是服装设计教师，曾多次带领学生把岭南非遗元素与西方时装剪裁相结合，设计出现代传统流行服饰。2017年作品东莞非遗“千角灯”时装作品被东莞文化馆收藏，2018广东乳瑶刺绣元素与法式时装结合的作品“瑶族姑娘在巴黎”获得“省长杯设计大赛”三等奖。

She has led her students to design modern traditional fashion clothes by combining lingnan intangible cultural heritage elements with Western fashion tailoring. In 2017, the fashion work of dongguan Intangible Cultural Heritage "Thousand-angle Lamp" was collected by Dongguan Culture Center. In 2018, the work of Guangdong Ruyao embroidery elements combined with French fashion "Girl of Yao nationality in Paris" won the third prize of "Governor cup Design Competition".
