周朝晖，女，硕士，教授、一级舞美设计师、中央美院访问学者、湖南省政府首批“三百文艺人才”入选专家、时装艺术国际同盟常务理事、中国纺织工程学会时装艺术专业委员会常务副主任、湖南省设计艺术家协会副秘书长；湖南省舞台美术学会常务理事。

完成了国家艺术基金项目《湖南少数民族织锦文化创意与工艺创新人才培养》等多个国家级、省级项目；主编教材多本；

2018年举办了“曼舞霓裳——周朝晖、包小青舞蹈服饰设计展演”；2020年举办了“苗衣绣艺——苗族服饰艺术展”；

有《自由飞翔的蝶》、《梵花盛开》、《绝恋》、《怜相伴》、《古窑陶裳》等8个作品入选时装艺术国际展；

担任原创音乐剧《同一个月亮》、话剧《永不凋谢的姊妹花》，湘剧《楚辞》、《忠诚之路》等多个大型剧目、晚会服装设计，并有多个剧目获奖。

Zhou Zhaohui, female, master degree, and first class stage designer, visiting scholar of Central Academy of Fine Arts, selected experts of Hunan provincial government's first batch of "300 literary talents", executive director of Fashion Art International Alliance, executive deputy director of Fashion Art Professional Committee of China Textile Engineering Society, deputy secretary general of Hunan Design Artists Association, executive director of Hunan Institute of Stage Design.

Accomplished the National Art Fund project-- Cultivation of Creative and Technological Innovation Talents for the Brocade Culture of Hunan Minority Nationalities, and multiple national and provincial projects, and edited several textbooks.

In 2018, held an exhibition called—The Gorgeous Dancing Dress- Dance Costume Design Exhibition of Zhou Zhaohui and Bao Xiaoqing. In 2020, held an exhibition called-- The Art of embroidery of Miao costume-

Miao Costume Art Exhibition.

Eight works were selected for the International Exhibition of Fashion Art. For example: Free flying butterfly, the flower of Buddhism in full bloom, Beautiful love, Dependence and Accompany, Ancient Ceramic clothes and so on.

 As a costume design in many Large-scale repertoires: an original musical called The Same Moon, a drama called The Undying Sisters, Hunan operas called The Songs of Chu and the road of loyalty. In addition, many plays have won awards.
