研究员级高级工艺美术师；中国工艺美术大师；中国工美行业艺术大师；国家级非物质文化遗产传承人（苏绣）。第十三届江苏省人民代表大会代表；江苏省妇女联合会三八红旗手。

2008年所独创的 “邹氏滴滴针法”，是第一件获得国家刺绣技术专利的刺绣技法，自2011年起，获得具有自主知识产权的刺绣外观设计专利92项，设计版权多项。“滴滴绣”、“英姿绣”和“英姿劈针绣”为国家注册商标品牌。

作品多次获国内外展会大奖，作品《色空不二》被中国国家博物馆收藏、作品《缠绕》被大英博物馆收藏、作品《姑苏人家·醉花荫》被中国工艺美术大师博物馆收藏。按照原比例复绣敦煌莫高窟流失在英国大英博物馆的唐代刺绣《凉州瑞像图》捐赠给敦煌研究院收藏。为国际友人和国家元首等名人定制的刺绣肖像也深得各界好评。

The "Zou's Didi Needlework" originally created in 2008 is the first embroidery technique to obtain the national embroidery technology patent. Since 2011, 92 embroidery design patents have been obtained with independent intellectual property rights and many design copyrights. "Didi Embroidery", "Yingzi Embroidery" and "Yingzi Split Needle Embroidery" are national registered trademark brands.

The works have won many awards in exhibitions at home and abroad. The work named "Color Is the Same" has been collected by the National Museum of China, meanwhile, the work named "Winding" has been collected by the British Museum, moreover, "Gusu Family · Drunken Flower Shade" has been collected by the Chinese master of Arts and Crafts Museum. According to the original proportion, the Tang Dynasty embroidery " Śākyamuni preaching on the Vulture Peak / Miraculous Image of Liangzhou" lost in the Dunhuang Mogao Grottoes in the British Museum was recreate and donated to the Dunhuang Research Institute as collection. The embroidered portraits customized for international friends, heads of state and other celebrities have also won high praise from all walks of life.

        作品由吕越的代表作《化》演化而来，增添了中国工艺美术大师、苏绣传承人邹英姿的苏绣内容。

整个作品由平面作品和三件“衣服”组成。“衣服”是没有裁剪缝制的布片，经过缠绕和绣花绷子的卡夹完成衣服的样貌，借此体现“惜物”理念。

作品表现的是世界的变化、事物的变化、自然的变化、宇宙的变化不仅永无停止之时，并且有互相转化的特质。

       The work evolved from one of Lyu Yue’s representative works “Transformation” and added some contents of Suzhou embroidery by collaborating with Zou Yingzi, the Chinese arts and crafts master and inheritor of Suzhou embroidery. 

The whole work is composed of graphic works and three pieces of “clothes”. “Clothes” is the cloth piece that is not cut or sewn, through winding and embroider frame clip completes the appearance of the clothes, which reflects the concept of “cherishing thing”.

The work shows that the change of the world, the change of things, the change of nature and the change of the universe not only never stop, but also has the characteristics of mutualization.
