2023年7月21日，由时装艺术国际同盟骨干成员罗莹教授（深圳大学美术与设计学院副院长）担任联合总策划的“中国·桂林·东漓第二届植染大地艺术节暨植染品牌大会”在东漓古村开幕。时装艺术国际同盟作为此次活动的国际合作单位，从作品组织到活动执行，众多盟员积极参与其中。艺术家和设计师们旨在通过艺术手段推动本地文化资源的创新表达，以中国广西桂林当地的手工艺和文化资源为依托，让艺术走进乡村，让文化创造性转化。

On July 21st, 2023, "China·Guilin·Dongli The 2nd Plant Dye Art Field and Brand Conference" was opened in Dongli Ancient Village. Prof. Luo Ying (Associate Dean of the Art Design College, Shenzhen University), a key member of the International Fashion Art Network (IFAN) was the chief curator. IFAN, as the international partner of the event, had many members actively involved from the organization of works to the execution of the event. Relying on the local handicrafts and cultural resources of Guilin, artists and designers aim to promote the creative expression of local cultural resources through artistic forms, to bring art into the countryside, and to realize the creative transformation of culture.

Exhibition Introduction

时装艺术国际同盟以国际合作单位的身份参与了此次活动，在吕越主席的带领下，在同盟秘书处的组织下，同盟数十位艺术家参展，分别入选了“艺术家驻地创作计划”、“茶香悠悠，茶色温润——植染静态展”、“多彩广西，美丽漓江——植染静态展”三个板块。本期主要介绍“茶香悠悠，茶色温润——植染静态展”板块。

IFAN participated in this activity as the international partner. Under the leadership of President Lyu Yue (Aluna) and the organization of the secretariat of IFAN, dozens of IFAN artists participated in the exhibition and were selected for three sections : Artist Residency Creation Program, The Warmth and Aroma of Tea --- Plant Dye Static Exhibition, and Colorful Guangxi, Beautiful Li River --- Plant Dye Static Exhibition. This issue mainly introduces The Warmth and Aroma of Tea --- Plant Dye Static Exhibition.

Exhibition Introduction

其中，“茶香悠悠，茶色温润——植染静态展”板块有石历丽、蔡佳鹏、刘鑫、杜珊瑚、康丽丽、袁燕、杜若渝七位艺术家入选，以“在地性”为出发点，既注重面向大众，关注人与自然，也遵循本地化理念，探寻广西茶叶的多元价值，以茶叶染色的艺术创作应用引入广西各地种植的茶叶品种展示，少数民族地区的特色茶叶品种、茶叶制作工艺展示、茶叶染色的艺术应用和文化内涵。

The Warmth and Aroma of Tea --- Plant Dye Static Exhibition section has seven IFAN artists selected, including Shi Lili, Cai Jiapeng, Liu Xin, Du Shanhu, Kang Lili, Yuan Yan, and Du Ruoyu. Taking locality as the starting point, the exhibition not only focuses on facing the public and paying attention to humans and nature, but also follows the concept of localization, explores the diversified value of tea in Guangxi, through tea dyeing art creations, it introduces the display of tea varieties planted in different parts of Guangxi, the special tea varieties of ethnic minority areas, the display of tea production process, the application of tea dyeing art and the cultural connotations.
